As an Associate Director, you will lead key accounts and project teams while delivering key insights at senior levels across energy, sustainability and climate change. Projects will be highly varied, drawing on the full Quant/Qual toolbox to tackle key energy issues and unearth answers addressing consumer and business attitudes. Your clients will include a broad spectrum of research and non-research professionals across business and Government policy disciplines, therefore requiring the ability to distil the meaning behind the research and offer concise and actionable insights that stakeholders can act upon.

You should be at Associate Director-level, while experience gained in any of the following sectors would be highly desirable: energy/utilities, public policy or social research. Agency experience is also essential, along with excellent team mentoring skills and the ability to present with authority and advise senior-level clients.
