The role of Research Director sits it the Insight team which is the biggest area for the business.

The Role

- This senior level role is to head up the creative quantitative team, to ensure smooth and collaborative working with the design teams on creating bespoke research for their clients, to enable them to make key strategic decisions.

- Working with the wider insight team across qual and other methods, to bring in a holistic approach to the research and insight programmes.

- Managing a team of four people to develop them and ensure a high level of service is provided to your clients.

- Leading on some of the business's top accounts, cross selling the many facets of the business and developing these accounts further, to drive additional revenue and an added value service.

- Overseeing and directing on the research projects, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the outputs.

The Candidate

- Your proven experience in quantitative research methods and winning new business, will enable you to hit the ground running.

- Your experience working in a research agency, will stand you in good stead for getting to grips quickly with how this company operates.

- As an innovator with a passion for brands and insight, will give you credibility with a fantastic array of clients.

- Your excellent understanding of multivariate techniques, such as segmentation, cluster and factor analysis, will allow you to add value to the research findings.
