The Role:

* Providing the business clarity on performance by producing reports and dashboards to help the sales team understand how they track against performance

* Defining best practise and 'grow' the role to outline which reports must be run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly, automating that process to provide real-time analysis for immediate action

* Assisting and work with senior management to devise, implement and optimise commercial and sales strategy to increase revenue and allow the business to move into new areas of growth

* Championing all data initiatives, building robust relationships within the Commercial team and the wider business to support in creating a truly data-driven environment

The Candidate:

* Your ability to learn reflected by your impressive university degree, will allow you to pick up new skills such as Salesforce while quickly developing an understanding of the jobs and motors verticals to set, track and adjust KPI measures to support the sales function

* As an Analyst with strong command of SQL you'll be able to hit the ground running, writing complex code to pull valuable data to answer important business questions to develop new strategy

* Remarkable experience in dashboarding with Tableau will allow you to communicate essential insights with the wider business, mobilising them to act on your hard work and analysis

* Your positive attitude and proactive nature will allow you to develop your own role, explore new opportunities and become an indispensable component to the entire business
