A great opportunity to join a flag ship division of this major named agency which will see you explore public attitudes and behaviour and generate communications and policy impact on a range of issues across cohesion, crime and security.
This opportunity is for a Senior Research Manager/Associate Director with a proven track record of managing ad-hoc multi-country research studies across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Working closely with other members of the senior team, you will help clients answer complex questions in a range of policy areas including counter-extremism & terrorism, cyber security, modern slavery, international migration/refugee research, crime & policing and legal reform. This is an important position within the organisation which will see you manage and deliver large complex projects, carry out client account management activities and deliver first-class customer service with new and existing clients, whilst effectively managing and coaching junior staff within the team.
To qualify for this position, applicants will need to demonstrate very strong project management and communication skills. Strong social research experience from proposal writing stage through to insight delivery is essential.
