Our client is a specialist consultancy within the youth/education sector. They are a full service consultancy who offer their clients strategic and compelling communication plans for their clients. They are a well-established and well-regarded communications agency in the industry.
Working with clients from the public, private and third sector to help them with understanding of the youth/education market, where most of the research is used to address diverse social issues. This is a small research team that is growing rapidly, the work in consultative and fast paced; the environment is friendly, relaxed and collaborative.
Our client is looking for talented Research Manager to support the Research Director and the qual RM to help develop their research offering and in particular to lead our quantitative offer. They are looking to grow due to the current client demand and to continue the development of new business streams allied to their core work with major brands and corporates within the education sector both in the UK and internationally. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate to help our client expand their research offer into new areas, apply the latest research techniques and generate real insight for our blue chip clients.
This role will suit someone who can quickly get to grips with projects, is level headed, diligent and pragmatic, not averse to fieldwork and will enjoy getting involved in all stages of project development and delivery.
It is essential that you have experience in both qual and quant techniques but have a leaning towards Quant- you will be the lead in this area.
You will lead on various business pitches and will have line management responsibility in this role, so experience in both is ideal, but not essential. A desire to do both of these would be!
You will have at least 4 years experience working in a fast paced research Agency and will have experience in running projects from proposal through to presenting
Basic from £35k- £40k dependent on experience
