No experience in employee research is needed, but a passion to become a specialist in this niche sector is essential.
In this high profile role you will be dedicated to delivering employee focused research specifically focusing on employee engagement and how this may benefit clients and lead to greater customer experience and retention. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be fully involved in the management of clients, management of large scale projects, team leadership, full service research responsibilities (eg. questionnaire design, data analysis etc.) and commercial responsibilities such as resource planning.
Your experience will have been gained in a market research agency, where you will have developed strong project management and research skills.
