You will be leading the day to day management of an exciting and challenging global custom panel tracking programme, while also developing client relationships and managing strategic reporting. On the tracking programme you would be helping your client uncover strategic insight to inform short and long term marketing efforts. You will also have exposure to multiple methodologies on ad hoc projects and enjoy regular client interaction and opportunities to demonstrate innovative thinking.
With significant experience working in a market research agency and on quantitative ad-hoc research, a familiarity with global tracking programmes would be an advantage. You will enjoy having ownership of your projects and be keen to learn and progress in a fast moving, enabling environment. The ability to build effective relationships within the team and with clients will be just as important and while knowledge of quantitative analysis software/statistical packages is not essential, it would be appreciated (e.g. R, SPSS, Survey/Web reporter, Excel stats or other relevant software).
