The appointment will be on UCL Grade 9. The salary range will be £54,240 - £58,978 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Prospect Development, a pivotal role in our team. As Head of Prospect Development you will you will lead and manage a high performing team responsible for the successful identification and management of prospects to support UCL’s priority projects within the Campaign.

Possessing excellent leadership skills, you will have demonstrable experience motivating high achieving teams. With a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic direction, you will use your comprehensive understanding of prospect research techniques with an ambition to deliver innovative, effective approaches to prospect development.

Experience of building relationships with senior stakeholders; excellent written and verbal skills; and the ability to communicate complex projects to a range of audiences are all essential. Your collaborative nature will inspire those around you and enable you to realise the amazing potential of the UCL team.

We are also happy to consider applications from candidates seeking part-time opportunities (minimum 0.8 FTE, 29.2 hours per week – equivalent of 4 days per week, above salary to be pro-rata).
