Clientside Insight Manager - Global Brand
This is a company where insight is crucial to the business and there is a strong focus on innovation, new proposition development, segmentation and ideation, as well as all the standard research you would expect from an international insights team. The Insight Manager will work really closely with Marketing, Product Managers and Designers in a fast pace and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will need to be very self-motivated and able to work on a wide range of projects at once.
You will have a classic research agency background and ideally some client-side experience and a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders and making insight understandable and actionable.
Although this is a global brand, the office culture is very relaxed and supportive and there is a lot of flexible working on offer. The role is based in the East Midlands, but you would only be required to work 3 days a week in the office if you don't live locally and you can structure your hours as you want them to fit around your commute.
The role is initially a 12-month fixed term contract, but there is lots of scope for future progression within the business.
