The main purpose of the role is to head up and develop a team of four data experts and to ensure the data quality of the panel service, communicating your results back to some really high profile clients. Other responsibilities include taking the lead on improving data quality and processes, and developing a strong awareness of the direction of the wider business, as well as any issues with the data. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about data, with a knack for spotting discrepancies and errors. You must have previous line management experience with the ability to lead and mentor the team. Candidates with a background in retail will be at a distinct advantage, and you should have the gravitas to speak with authority when meeting a client.
