The consumer team at this company pride themselves in delivering industry leading tracking and ad-hoc projects for clients in a range of consumer sectors. With a particular focus on retail, technology and automotive clients (you will have the chance to work across others) you will focus on a range of project types including brand and advertising, customer satisfaction, brand perception and product development.
This role is ideally suited to someone who is genuinely interested in consumer opinion and behavior and loves helping businesses figure out ways in which they can translate numbers into insights and insights into business and brand strategy. Although the role will have a quantitative focus, you will also have the opportunity to work across mixed methods projects and therefore develop your knowledge of qualitative practices. Absolutely essential will be your ability to analyse data (Excel, SPSS), communicate effectively with clients and design ad-hoc questionnaires from scratch. Ideally your experience will have been gained within a fast-paced market research agency environment and you will be a driven and outgoing personality looking for your next new challenge!
