The Consumer Insights and Strategic Planning agency requires a curious mind to lead the relationship with an Australian brewery and provide insights on all aspects of commercial strategy.

YOUR MISSION….

…will be to fully engage consumers and explore deep-seeded attitudes and emotions; your toolbox will include online/mobile research platforms & bulletin boards, co-creations, ethnography, focus groups, in-depth interviews and consumer workshops. Your insights will shed light on innovation, social media content/strategy, new product development and brand/communications strategy.

…The strength of this longstanding relationship will give you opportunity to have a very involved role in the implementation of insights. You will write your own stimulus, spend time on site in client business and will be valued for your innovative approach ….encouraged to reinvent and bring new ideas and approaches to the table. You will regularly present your insights and work with stakeholders to implement and action findings.

ARE YOU RIGHT FOR THE ROLE?

  • Although there is a huge focus on POTENTIAL you must come with a background in planning, brand strategy or qualitative research. Think…focus groups, indepth interviews, ethnography. Experience in a commercial sector is a must.
  • You must be able to handle your own when it comes to dealing with clients – you will be managing a hugely valuable relationship that comes with both opportunity and responsibility
  • You must have a smart mind and a naturally commercially mind. You will write engaging and insightful research reports and presentations.
  • The right attitude! This is a dynamic, growing agency with an all hands on deck approach. You will be expected to reciprocate the support you will receive from your peers and mentors.
