The vacancy is for an Account Director to join the insight and strategy team, and being the account lead on two major accounts for the business as the insight specialist. These accounts are two very well-known luxury brands. Your time will be split 60% working on insight lead projects for you key accounts and 40% working on other specialist areas of research such as social media, research tool development or thought leadership piece. The research its self will be a mix of primary research and syndicated research analysis, uses tools such as TGI and Comscore.
The primary research will be a mix of qual and quant and will involve working on a project from proposal (if to a client on new business) / research design, questionnaire/discussion guide design, field work management, analysis and presenting. There will be regular presenting to clients and to internal stake holders.
The primary research will be heavier on qual and will need someone who has experience in designing qual research, group moderation and analysis
They are looking for someone who is currently a research manager at a research agency, media agency or media owner. It is imperative that you have at least 3-4 years primary research experience and have moderated focus groups previously. They are looking for someone who is keen to look outside of the box when it comes to research, think and working at a strategic level with clients and stakeholders. You will be someone who is excited about insight and delivering this in a creative and thought provoking way.
It is essential you are confident at running research projects from design stage through to analysis and presenting.
