Panel Quality Manager - Market Research
The main purpose of the role is to maximise and ensure the data quality of the panel service, and to communicate results back to the clients. Other responsibilities include assisting in the resolution of client issues, and promoting improvements internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be very comfortable with data, and have a knack for spotting discrepancies and errors. Advanced excel skills are essential for this role, and candidates with a background in retail will be at a distinct advantage. You should also have experience in a client-facing role, as you will be expected to deal with clients on a regular basis.
