By joining this agency as Research Associate you will gain some hugely valuable on the job training from experienced and highly successful researchers. You will work on fascinating tracking and ad hoc projects related to consumer segmentation, advertising/brand testing, customer/employee satisfaction…the list goes on! You will design questionnaires, perform analysis on research results and write engaging reports on your research findings to be delivered to clients.
Immersed in an environment where best practice methods across both qualitative and quantitative research are employed, you will develop a 360 understanding of how research tools can be employed to unearth business insights. And the clients? The perfect mix of blue-chip and local businesses to ensure you perfect your ability to customise according to the individual needs of your clients.
- You must have the fundamentals of research behind you and be looking for the next step in your career. This would mean having worked on research projects for commercial clients for at least 2 years.
- You must have experience using a statistical package ie. SPSS, Q.
- You must be able to demonstrate a passion for the space, a good level of energy and see the value for working for a smaller business with a big name.
