The role: Due to ongoing success they are looking for an ambitious project manager / research analyst that is looking for a step up in responsibility, critical thinking, client interaction and team management. 

Core skills and abilities:

As the Insights Manager you will collaborate closely with the head of sectors and lead the project end-to-end. You will be involved in data spec scoping, to questionnaire development, project management, design, sample and quota planning, field briefing, data analysis, report production and presentation delivery. You will have excellent time management skills and an overall passion for the customer experience space!

First and foremost, you’ll be a great thinker – with a rigorous, critical and analytical mind. The role will be split into: Project Management, Data Analysis, Client Account Management, Team Management and overall big picture thinking.

Whilst working day to day on research delivery, you’ll stretch and hone your wider consulting skills & knowledge as an industry expert. Overall, you will play a major role in helping the sector team become the industry leader.

The essentials:

  • Degree qualified
  • A minimum of 4/5 years' commercial research experience
  • Strong project management methodology and experience in business improvement or consulting environment
  • Strong qualitative full service research capabilities from initial proposal to final presentation with hands on data analysis and SPSS skills
  • Confident in client facing capabilities
  • You will be self-motivated, naturally curious and passionate about developing insights from data
