Consumer Insight Client Services Manager - Specialist Consultancy, Retail and Leisure
Specialist consultancy serving the retail, restaurant and leisure sectors seeks a team leader for their consumer insight practice. After 15 years of retail consulting success, the business is continuing to expand and develop their services for both existing and new clients. This is a new role heading up the insight team, providing an exciting opportunity to create a unique position and make a valuable contribution towards the ongoing success of the business.
They already offer a wide range of quant and qual consumer research services covering areas such as service delivery, customer intelligence, brand development and location analysis. You will proactively manage new and existing client accounts and the team itself ensuring the highest standard of data and reporting to clients. Your previous experience will have been gained from a client facing environment and you will be comfortable analysing and interpreting both quant and qual outputs. Effective management and development of client accounts, presenting to senior stakeholders, team leadership and networking will all rely on your excellent commercial skills, and whilst direct retail and leisure experience is not required, a keen interest in these sectors is. This company is based in the buzzing city of Bristol and you will enjoy working with emerging and established consumer brands throughout the UK.
