Research Manager, Qual - Topical Social/Behaviour Change

This completely unique and exciting opportunity is a qualitative based role within our client’s social practice but without the tradition. It is all about strategy and insight; thinking not just doing. Much of the fascination of the role revolves around the complex and vital nature of your key client - you will be a fundamental partner in their navigation of the breadth of issues they face. Meanwhile, you will also be looking at public/third sector issues and challenges for other key clients.
This is a small boutique consultancy which has grown into a well respected full service agency whilst keeping their fun and quirky outlook. You will be a capable project leader and enjoy providing strong support to both junior and senior members of the team. Confident managing end to end qualitative research projects and with reassuring client liaison skills, you will have a keen interest in social issues and Behavioural Science and the underlying factors that drive behaviour as well as conscious/spoken factors.
