The focus of the work is innovation in the FMCG area spanning food, drink, healthcare, personal care, household and retail and their clients are top name global accounts. The work is challenging and varied and encompasses many aspects of qualitative research including accompanied shops, immersions, in-home ethnography, online communities and workshops, but this is more than just another Qual RM role. This is a strategic consultancy role, taking you beyond the limits of qual and into a client centric, innovative world where new products are imagined and born.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in innovation within FMCG and strong qualitative research skills - this will be ideally from a strategic consultancy but could be from a research agency or client company. Above all you will be curious and smart with fantastic client handling skills. You will ooze confidence whilst retaining humility and a strong sense of team values.
