Account Executive - Market Research/Mystery Shopping
Our client works closely with top-name brands in the UK and further afield to deliver insightful, actionable and innovative research solutions in the field of mystery shopping/mystery customer research. They offer both continuous evaluation and ad hoc solutions using techniques reflecting the complexity and diversity of today’s service environment. Their expertise incorporates the assessment of every available customer channel; face-to-face, telephone calls and internet enquiries as well as compliance assessments. As part of a highly successful and well-known agency, they work as a tight unit, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
You would form an integral part of the team specialising in the technology/retail sectors, working with both the wider commercial team and liaising with Operations to execute the research through to results delivery. You will typically be the first point of contact for clients and will attend client meetings with seniors (be that design, progress and debrief meetings as appropriate) and in time play an active role in those. On the Operations side the role will entail regular liaison with Ops execs to manage the normal project flow in line with project requirements. With some MR experience in place and ideally a knowledge of mystery shopping and/or retail auditing, you will be able to build relationships with clients and internal teams alike, and have good attention to detail. Good IT and written skills are a must and experience of insight report writing advantageous. Although largely based in Oxford, there will be travel to London on occasions.
