Account Manager - Market Research/Mystery Shopping
Our client works closely with top-name brands in the UK and further afield to deliver insightful, actionable and innovative research solutions in the field of mystery shopping/mystery customer research. They offer both continuous evaluation and ad hoc solutions using techniques reflecting the complexity and diversity of today’s service environment. Their expertise incorporates the assessment of every available customer channel; face-to-face, telephone calls and internet enquiries as well as compliance assessments. As part of a highly successful and well-known agency, they work as a tight unit, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
You would form an integral part of the team specialising in the transport sector, with responsibility for all aspects of project development, set-up, route planning, fieldwork monitoring, reporting and insight. Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail, you will have a grounding in market research and/or mystery shopping including data analysis skills, and will be comfortable with mid-level client management (presentations, phone calls, meetings, email). You will be joining a global leader in research that prides itself on having a first class development and training programme, with opportunities to move around the business and to learn and develop. Although largely based in Oxford, there will be travel to London on occasions.
