Underpinned by a belief that behavioural science is the way to best predict consumer behaviour, you will use emotional measures and models to reflect how people really make decisions. If you are fascinated by how people tick and how brilliant marketing campaigns work then this is just for you. You will need to be bright, curious, numerate and creative with a real desire to use behavioural science in your work.
Projects are a real mix of quantitative, ad hoc innovation and comms testing as well as brand and comms tracking research for some amazing clients. The ideal candidate will be a very top level SRE or an RM with strong quantitative research experience gained in a research agency and a strong interest in behavioural economics.
