Quantitative Account Director – Creative Brand Research
This strategic boutique research consultancy are looking for a Quantitative research director to deliver high calibre research solutions including segmentation, volumetric, forecasting to blue chip clients across industries.
As quantitative account director you will act as the key client contact for the most valuable accounts in the business. You will utilise the comprehensive understanding that you have of quantitative research methods to consultant at all stages of research projects and ensure that client satisfaction remains at the highest level at all times. This will involve
- Thinking creatively to pitch for new business
- Working strategically to draft proposals that efficiently meet business/client expectations
- Supporting junior members of the team in project execution, ensuring they develop client management abilities
- Presenting engaging debriefs, highlighting clear actionable strategy to clients
This role is all about relationships. You will add value to big businesses with your research knowledge and you must therefore be able to talk with confidence and expertise on a huge range of topics related to the field. You must have built this understanding organically over a number of years working in the industry (think c8 years) and have experience managing challenging clients demands and developing research teams.
