Quantitative Account Manager – Show off your technical skills
This agency is unique in their research offerings within the customer services space; working closely with clients to test and report on customer experience and engagement to ensure profits are kept high and brands are kept healthy.
This is an opportunity for an Account Manager with excellent project management skills and experience in benchmarking, who is looking to utilise their experience in quantitative research.
Your role will be to:
- work closely with your clients to scope out projects to ensure realistic project goals are being set
- ensure project processes are streamlined to the point of presentation
- perform sophisticated analysis of survey data to provide commercial insights on the relationship your client’s customers have with their brand.
You will work alongside experienced researchers who will provide valuable support and mentorship as you continue to progress in your research career.
To be considered you must have good project management skills and be comfortable with handling multiple projects at any given time. You must have good excel skills (pivot tables, look up tables etc), have good attention to detail and love working with numbers!
