Research and Insights Manager - Marketing Agency, 3-10 month contract, real potential for perm
Award winning marketing agency seeks an experienced researcher to join their insights team on a 12 month maternity cover basis. This is an independent agency with an excellent reputation for helping corporate and non-commercial organisations successfully reach and engage with young people, schools, community groups and families.
Your research will support multiple programmes with objectives such as driving social change, recruiting future talent, promoting a product or service, generating PR, boosting brand affinity, engaging employees or simply speaking to children, teachers and families. From programme development through to delivery and evaluation, you will be working with both clients direct and internal account teams providing research expertise to support education strategy.
You will be designing bespoke solutions using a combination of predominantly quant and some qual approaches. This will include teacher, parent and children panels, desk research, immersion days, focus groups, depth interviews, workshops, consultancy and deliberative work. With solid experience in quant disciplines and at least some exposure to qual, you will enjoy being part of a small hands-on team where you will be busy across all aspects of delivering insight excellence. You will be joining a group of creative and experienced education and marketing professionals bringing your own ideas, experiences and perspectives to projects and campaigns that deliver a positive impact for schools, children, families, charities and brands.
