They have a framework of thinking which tackles a client’s question from 4 angles:
- Analytically – blending disciplined thinking, rigorous analysis and a commercial eye
- Emotionally – appreciating that humans are emotional beings and often you have to dig a bit deeper to truly understand behaviour, opinion and motivation
- Deeply – they intensely immerse themselves in the problem, the data and the context to arrive at the solution
- Creatively – inquisitive and challenging they apply fresh eyes to every project
As a Senior Research Executive you will be invited to learn all of these principles. You’ll get elbow deep in projects so you have exposure from day one to every stage of the full pitch to final presentation research process. No stone will be left untouched in your training so you quickly develop your skills so to be confident in: talking to clients, asking the right questions, research methods, analysing data, drawing out meaningful trends, displaying information and presenting to clients.
The clients will keep you on your toes with immersive projects to inform them on branding, advertising and innovation strategy for your favorite local and international brands.
This is a new and growing team looking for an ambitious researcher with 2 years + of experience in another market research agency. You will want to build on your skills in a new role with more exposure, supportive leadership, cool clients and a consultative approach to offer variety and something new to learn every day of the week.
You need to have local experience in Singapore and full working rights.
