The Head of Quantitative Research is a pivotal role for the business, as it involves working at a strategic level to devise a vision for the team, as well client handling, marketing and promoting the company, and closely overseeing research deliverables.
The role requires a senior quantitative researcher with a strong breadth and depth of of knowledge in terms of both methodologies and sectors, notably in the ad hoc spectrum. Team leadership and people-management skills are a must, as is the ability to demonstrate a genuine passion and interest in delivering exemplary research solutions. It goes without saying that your client handling and commercial skills will be top notch as well!
