As the company reaches a new stage of growth, all encompassing Associate Director roles have been created to collaborate with a Director and wider team on pivotal areas such as thought leadership, client and project ownership, driving growth and nurturing their unique collaborative culture. For this particular AD position they seek a brand, positioning and/or brand development focus, with solid insight or brand strategy experience from a predominantly agency environment and you will be just as comfortable talking to marketing clients as insights focused teams. You will also enjoy leading different types of engagements - own a project focused on innovation one day, then crack a new framework for a brand architecture, and lead a piece on internal change shortly thereafter.
