Customer Insight Manager
Working for a global media business this role is a mix of full service research, project management and insight.
You will need to be happy working with both internal and external stakeholders, working on a number of projects at one time and assisting on other projects when needed.
To be successful in the role of Insight Manager you will need
- Experience working in a research agency or in a commercial clientside organisation
- A solid quantitative background
- Experience in telecoms/ Customer satisfaction would be an advantage
- The ability to look at a research project and see where value could be added is essential
