Probably a Junior Research Executive or Research Executive currently, this role calls for a truly passionate and ambitious quantitative researcher with a sound understanding of running quantitative projects in an agency environment. You will have a curious and questioning mind - always striving to delve deeper and uncover more about the world around us and what makes consumers tick. Outstanding communication skills, a sharp mind and good sense of humour will be absolutely key and you will also need to be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, initiative and personality - this role will not suit someone who wants to sit in the background and shy away from client contact and presentations!
