Role of the Senior Consultant:

We’re looking for an individual to become a trusted advisor to the client portfolio. Passionate about the complexities of different businesses, able to observe, articulate and refine the question at hand and then work with the team to deliver the required advice and strategy.

The goal is always to direct change or improvement to drive business growth, using all the information at your fingertips from the primary research, company data and market information.

You’ll have a practical and business-led mindset, and will enjoy synthesising information and building data driven strategy through your insightful reports and board room presentations with c-suite clients.

Of particular focus is BtoB customer experience management and using the customer experience programs and benchmarking data exclusive to this agency.

In terms of level, you will top tier alongside the two Directors and will draw on the support, and mentor, the mid/junior support levels. The team is looking or an individual who wants to be more than a cog in a wheel with ideas, confident a drive for autonomy, responsibility, opportunity and intellectual stretch.

The number of years of experience is not important. What is important is relevant experience and attitude and ticking the following boxes:

Key criteria:

  • Data led consulting experience potential from a consulting/market research/clientside customer experience management background
  • Evidence of managing clients and using data to influence business
  • Ideally experience in the BtoB space
  • A critical thinker able to build storied logically
  • Ideally exposure to customer experience improvement.
  • A brilliant command of language to write insightful and compelling reports and presentations
  • A engaging presentation style
