Leading global HR consultancy with a unique social mission to change the quality of work life for all employees throughout the world. They are currently expanding their London office and seek an account manager with an understanding of the HR sector to join their dedicated client service team.

This organisation is regarded as pioneers in the employee engagement space and as leading providers of insightful research and trend analysis in key areas of HR practice, they combine their employee surveys with consulting expertise to help companies interpret their cultures and launch change initiatives.

With a consultative approach, you will be taking overall responsibility for the successful development and management of some of their existing clients, whilst nurturing larger new business leads, building rapport and on-going long-term partnerships. Just as at home speaking to CEOs and Senior Executive Boards as you are in conversing with HR and Marketing personnel, your confidence, credibility and motivation will ensure your success within a team already brimming full of talent. You will enjoy working with multiple clients across a large variety of sectors and internally there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in the development of Board level ideas and strategies. Excellent opportunity to join a supportive yet empowering organisation and work with some of the biggest brands, helping them to transform their workplaces.
