Research Manager - Insight Consultancy
It is currently looking for a high level Senior Research Executive or Research Manager with a quant focus to work on a portfolio of accounts within the retail banking, Finntech and insurance sector (consumer and b2b). Projects are all ad hoc, tactical research across a range of areas including consumer behaviour, loyalty and engagement, customer experience, corporate reputation, employee engagement, product positioning and launch.
Your role will be to develop strong relationships with your clients and develop the accounts, ensuring the successful completion of projects and that great work is delivered every time. Your focus will be to provide insightful, value-added consultancy to your clients. You'll be responsible for developing great client relationships and understanding their business issues, strategy and information needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative consumer research background with ideally some exposure to qual methods. Some experience of financial services accounts and a strong interest in this sector would be beneficial. Your experience is likely to have been honed in a similar role in the insight industry, or in strategic consultancy. You'll be a confident self-starter, with bags of energy and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
