Research Manager - User Experience - Clientside
Our client is a media clientside organisation, based in London, who are looking to take on an Insight Manager to work in their user experience team. In this role, you will be working closely with various internal teams to support the design and release of new digital products. You will be responsible for seeing through the user experience projects from inception through to completion, working with the various stakeholders to make things happen. You will be tasked with commissioning research projects to market research agencies and managing the relationships, working with the user design team to understand how the research can feed into their products, managing all user experience projects from start to finish, contributing ideas of new ways to do things and pulling out the key insights from the findings.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong background in user experience research methods. Agency experience is desirable. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to influence key people within the business. You will have a real passion for what you do and will be someone who enjoys a challenge and learning new things.
