Director – Manage a Team – Retail & Category Insights
Sit at the head of the table and oversee a team of Account Managers and Account Directors with ultimate responsibility for all deliverables to a portfolio of big blue chip FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
The core skills for this role include:
- Leadership - Management and motivation of a group of people
- Relationship Building - Internally and externally with clients
- Commercial Acumen – The ability to spot opportunities for additional revenue & efficiencies
- Analytical experience – Knowledge of using scan (POS), panel and shopper data

To operate at this level, it is expected you will have over 10years worth of experience in category analytics with strong consumer data, shopper and FMCG knowledge.
