This ground breaking Charity specialises in identifying perceptions and creating innovative ways to bring about behavioural change in developing countries in order to help women/girls break down barriers, have a voice and access to support to progress.
As part of the evidence team you will primarily be focused on the development of quantitative global measurement frameworks and advise on methodological design of quantitative methods for monitoring and evaluation of branded media, digital and network initiatives.
You will have gained extensive experience in designing and managing quantitative research, ideally large scale/panel to support practical outcomes, whether in media, communications or social change sectors. A desire to work in the charity sector will be absolutely essential along with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, and you will need to be happy to travel internationally.
