As a Qualitative Associate Director you will manage all aspects of qualitative engagement with customers across a programme of work. Working as part of the Experience Design team and closely with other divisions across the business, you will work with a variety of clients on a wide range of projects. You will play a fundamental role in shaping and delivering a market leading Customer Journey strategy, working with clients to bring to life customer needs through experience design and helping to create targeted action plans and facilitate change.
Working closely alongside the Head of Department, you will be comfortable taking ownership and developing client relationships. Leading on proposals and presentations will also feature heavily in your role as well as helping to develop more junior team members. Previous experience working within the customer experience field will be highly desirable but consideration will be given to individuals who have a strong qualitative track record and who are willing to learn and embrace a new area.
