This established consultancy with expertise across consumer research, behavioural sciences and creative design seeks an inspirational lead for their research and insights team to manage and grow this already successful group of specialists.

Heading up their full in-house qual, quant and observational research team, you will be working with some of the world’s largest companies across an array of sectors from automotive to telecoms, retailing through to fashion and beauty. You will be helping them to understand how their customers react to communications, brand imagery and three dimensional spaces, going deep under the skin of modern day brand selection, product choice and retail navigation. With management, budget and client development responsibilities, this is an influential role at the forefront of their global insights business, growing their offer and raising their profile across the industry.
