Qualitative Director – Answer brands BIG questions!
This is a high profile Qualitative Director role with one of Sydney’s leading independent market research agencies. With their clients looking to them for thought leadership and strategic business advice you’ll need to have the creativity, confidence and the research know how to answer the BIG questions when it comes to Branding and Consumer research.
As an agency they are a talented and innovative bunch of thinkers with backgrounds that span marketing & branding, qualitative research/insights and quantitative research/insights. The qual team sits at the heart of things and they have developed expertise across a range of customised research methodologies using traditional and new techniques.
They are currently looking to hire an ambitious and motivated Qual Director. The key corners of this role are:
- Building and enhancing long-term client relationships
- Contributing to new business generation: depending on previous experience
- People leadership skills: developing and line managing a team of qual experts
- Leading all aspects of the research process: from initial client pitch and proposal writing, to analysis & reporting, and finally making strategic recommendations around how to implement the findings
