With its startup vibe, some of the hottest digital talent globally, and its reputation in the entertainment space it's no surprise that Singapore has been chosen as the hub for the Asia rollout of this new digital product. In order to succeed in the diverse Asian markets they need a Consumer Retention Pro to identify, build, strategise and optimise and consumer experience across Asia.

Think you have what it takes to be the next Senior Manager of Retention Marketing at the hottest digital product to drop since the mobile phone? If you are a retention renegade with proven experience in CRM platforms, loyalty and rewards programs and passionate about all things entertainment then this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Think you have what it takes?

* The Senior Manager of Retention would be responsible for close monitoring of conversion post acquisition including loyalty led programs

* You will work closely with the consumer acquisition team and devise retention campaigns including content trials to maintain a healthy acquisition rate.

* You are an awards program pro - you are up to date on the current trends in the market and know what consumers like - your loyalty led programs and rewards ideas are top of the game!

* Responsible for day to day management of rewards (agencies and vendor) to ensure all activities are done within agreed parameters.

* You are a customer service professional, you can keep a close eye on complaints, ensure fulfillment and will keen a vigilant check on bad debts and customer churn

* You have worked closely with top CRM tools and have the ability to map customer life cycle and measure various points / times of consumption, whilst also having the ability to follow-up

* You will be the direct liaison between the consumer and the content and marketing teams to ensure their campaigns are customer centric

Bonus points:

* You have at least 8 years' experience in the media space, with at least 3 years in a digital centric role. Of course, with an emphasis on CRM and consumer retention programs

* OTT platforms are familiar to you and you are passionate about media!

* You thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, however also understand the politics of working for a global MNC

* You have worked within an e-commerce setting

* Pay TV platforms/ video in demand and digital products excite you!

* Asian language skills are a definite plus!
