In order to support the consultancy's growth, they are looking to recruit a Head of Project Management with an expertise in managing quantitative studies. They value their project management function highly, and see it as critical in ensuring the highest quality inputs and outputs is maintained, as they continue to take on a greater number of key international projects. At this level, you will still be happy to remain hands-on with managing projects yourself, but you will also have the confidence and gravitas to lead a small team, advising on best practice project design and implementation. You'll also keep informed of new trends and challenges in the industry and market, able to advise the business accordingly. Junior team members will also look to you for support and guidance, and you will play a key role in helping to develop their career, identifying gaps in experience and feeding back on performance and providing training.
