The Customer Insight Value Manager will be responsible for managing a newly structured team to focus on customer value Insights. They will be driving projects to engage stakeholders in meeting business demands, simplifying interfaces and addressing overlaps in the analytical space working with internal and external teams.
As Customer Insight Value Manager for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in leading teams and embracing change
Have good interpersonal skills in order to build relationships across complicated and regionally diverse locations and teams
Ability to leverage customer data to create effective insights for marketing and brand presence in the consumer market
A good working knowledge of SAS and other modeling tools
