Expansion of the marketing division with this iconic Gaming brand has created an opportunity for an aspiring customer researcher to join their insights team. You will play an integral role in enhancing their strategic offering, combining high level research and analysis with in-depth sector knowledge to give stakeholders a real understanding of their markets and customers.
This important role needs a good 'all round' researcher who is able to work with a variety of data sources to analyse and distil key market insights and produce actionable recommendations which you will present up to the most senior levels. You should enjoy both hands on aspects of research while also managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders and external agents.
