Team Leader - Online Research
You will be responsible for a small team of Project Controllers and Managers and you will be responsible for maintaining high client satisfaction scores by ensuring their team is delivering high quality projects and keeping regular communication with the clients. This position requires a high level of problem solving offering solutions to your team, clients and other departments.
You will be providing training and mentoring for your team, reviewing processes and procedures with team to ensure they are as efficient as possible, monitoring team workload and allocating this equally to the team members depending on levels and experience. You will also be managing some of the more complex projects yourself and therefore need to have a very hands on approach and attitude. You are also expected to provide clear goals and direction to team and lead by example.
In order to be considered for this role you need to demonstrate leadership qualities, have strong analytical/problem solving and organisational skills, have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and have commercial mind.
Significant experience in fieldwork, quantitative market research and project management experience with a proven track record of managing projects to successful conclusion are required. Online research experience preferable.
