In this role you will be supporting the Social Insight Director, carrying out analysis and interpretation of social media data and producing client reports and presentations. You will be working closely with the data processing teams to ensure that the monitoring tools are set up correctly that allows the right data to be captured. You will be responsible for conducting analysis on social media usage and consumer trends, as well as getting involved in other areas of social media, such as community management and campaign executive and evaluation. You will be conducting both quant and qual analysis on the social and on-line data using tools such as buzz monitoring and page analytics platforms. You will work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure the findings answer the clients' business needs.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have excellent communication skills. You will have experience in analysing quantitative and qualitative data, and turning this into actionable insights. You should have a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and will be a self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects at one time and solve problems. You will be adaptable and someone who is a real enthusiasm for social media and how this can be used within research.
