Specialists within the retail realm, they are passionate about using research to deliver forward thinking insight to their clients, who include John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer’s, Debenhams.
They are looking for a passionate Researcher, with previous experience across both Qualitative and Quantitative Research methodologies. They are looking for a candidate with a knowledge of the retail sphere, either commercially or through personal interest, who is able to hit the ground running and really benefit the growing team.
Typically a Research Manager will work across a number of different clients, and be responsible for all their research needs so this role requires someone who has strong Client facing skills and the ability to draw out insight effectively from Research.
The Key Requirements of the Research Manager are:
- Coaching and mentoring of more junior team members.
- Gravitas to deal with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong communicator, able to liaise with Clients effectively.
- An innovative thinker who doesnt just rely on what they know but is passionate about finding new and effective research methods.
