Further information

Join an agency that has been shortlisted for 10 awards in the last 2 years and is regularly quoted in the media and on television as being leaders in their field.

You will become part of an innovative company always developing new ways in which to pitch to clients and are currently spearheading online R&D work and innovations using neuroscience. As an aside, it’s very cutting edge and we believe will give them a distinct point of difference and competitive advantage in the market.

You will work with leading global clients within FMCG, Finance, Health and Beauty sectors. You will solve commercial problems concerning brand, advertising and NPD, drawing on quant and qual methodologies (inc on and off line). You should have at least 2-3 years experience working with a quantitative insight research agency.

Staff retention rate is excellent. There is a hard working culture with a good work-life balance, there are no expectations of long working hours. There is a clear policy to invest in staff, training is offered both internally and externally, and a set training programme to follow.

An enquiring and questioning mind is essential, as is being a good team player and being prepared to get your hands dirty and involved at all levels. If you shine, you can work your way up. There are no set boundaries and you are recognised for your work and contribution and awarded accordingly. Packages are very competitive.

If this role sounds like it could be you, click the ‘apply now’ button to get in touch. We will then be able to brief you in much more detail about the role and hopefully get the interview process underway.
