A rare senior management opportunity to lead the quantitative project management team within this thriving business. This established agency prides itself on its high-quality and sophisticated offering.  While the majority of their work is online, the agency also employs other data collection methods such as CATI. Above all, the focus will be to lead and develop online operations, ensuring the smooth-running of data collection and project management. 

With a strong online operations/project management background, you should therefore be a versatile manager who is equally at home with team management responsibilities as with client liaison and working with senior business heads across the company. You should also have a “lead from the front“ attitude and inspire your team with your hands/on knowledge of online research and offer guidance an advice on methodology and sampling.

Probably at senior management level, this role represents a great move for a senior project management specialist with a market research or data collection agency background. A strong technical grounding is also required as your colleagues and peers will look to you for your expertise in online research methods. Excellent client management and development skills are essential.
