YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support our international customers in the implementation of their online market research projects
Coordinate projects from start to finish. From the implementation of online surveys to the preparation and evaluation of the results
To manage multiple projects at any one time
Anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner
Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
YOUR STRENGTHS
University degree ideal but not essential should you possess the right attitude and willingness to learn and can cope with stress
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
Programming skills (SPSS, HTML, JavaScript) are required
Experience in scripting with Questback software would be advantageous
Analytical and a well-structured mind, logical though process and excellent organisational skills
A drive for results and success, highly committed and have excellent communication skills
Fluent/ Highly Proficient in spoken and written English
